Two contoured diaphragms - each constructed from thing stainless steel - are welded at the inside diameter to form a convolution. Capsules are formed when convolutions are stacked on a horizontal arbor and welded at the outside diameter.

We design and manufacture a variety of bellows dynamic seals, ideal for high temperature applications where elastomeric seals break down. Our seals can be circular, square, rectangular, oval—or whatever shape fits your application. Common materials of construction include stainless steel or high nickel alloys.
